Where does WPLytic store my analytics data?

In your own WordPress database. WPLytic does not send your analytics data to an external analytics service.

Will WPLytic slow down my website?

The tracking script loads asynchronously and sends only a small number of requests per session. Storage use is approximately 1 MB per 1,000 sessions. WPLytic is intended for sites with up to about 1–2 million monthly visitors, depending on the server and WordPress setup.

Do I need to configure an external account?

No. Install and activate the plugin in WordPress. WPLytic runs on your site and does not require a separate analytics account or tracking service.

How do updates work?

WPLytic includes an automatic updater. You can install available releases from the WPLytic settings in WordPress.

What is the refund policy?

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@wplytic.com with your license key and the reason for the request.
