No. WPLytic is a private analytics platform packaged as a WordPress plugin. It stores analytics data in your WordPress database and does not send it to an external analytics service.
The tracking script loads asynchronously and sends only a small number of requests per session. Storage use is approximately 1 MB per 1,000 sessions. WPLytic is intended for sites with up to about 1–2 million monthly visitors, depending on the server and WordPress setup.
No. Install and activate the plugin in WordPress. WPLytic runs on your site and does not require a separate analytics account or tracking service.
WPLytic includes an automatic updater. You can install available releases from the WPLytic settings in WordPress.
